great picture, Alex. I am wondering why do people build buildings so close to the water? they are all most in the ocean, that does not look safe to me. L/F/X

Thank you Constance! Real estate is tight and expensive here, and the beach has been receding, so they grab all the land they can, maximize the number of rooms, and then the beach erodes to their door.
